Bill – thanks for the heads up and sorry to hear that the surgery will be more involved. I cancelled the meeting for Monday.

We have a training on Tuesday and then I’m out of town later in the week. Gerald looks more open on Thurs. It might make sense for you two to set up a time to talk over what portions should and then we can reconvene when I return to commit them to our map and fee schedule.

My wife's back surgery was a little more complicated since they did a titanium disc replacement. She needs a followup visit on Monday. My Tuesday & Thursday next week is all open after 11am if that works with Gerald and your schedule.
