The areas in the images are compacted gravel and have standing water on them so they are not free draining. They need to be counted as impervious surface the the propery owner has the option of breaking up those areas to allow for drainage and prohibit their use for storage and vehicular travel. Please revise the mapping and update Chaunee with the numbers. Thanks. As part of our updated stormwater fee resolution, the property owner has the option of removing pavement and gravel areas and scarifying the surface to allow for infiltration then we can remove those areas from their total stormwater fee surfaces. Thanks. Chaunee – per the map, North Sky and Gary’s Machine Shop are good to go. Square footage is in BLUE. The rest need some discussion. Gerald – I can pop in Monday and discuss the pics of the disputed areas. Best, Dan Z - - - - - - - - - Dan Zinder GIS Analyst City of Molalla 503.759.0226 503.586.8094 (c)
