Hi Dan,
Based on the pics these areas look good to me. As part of our updated stormwater fee resolution, the property owner has the option of removing pavement and gravel areas and scarifying the surface to allow for infiltration then we can remove those areas from their total stormwater fee surfaces. Thanks.

I’ve made a preliminary map of the re-assignment for storm fees on Bill Avison’s property based on my site visit Monday.
Chaunee – per the map, North Sky and Gary’s Machine Shop are good to go. Square footage is in BLUE. The rest need some discussion.
Gerald – I can pop in Monday and discuss the pics of the disputed areas.
Best,
Dan Z
