Hi Dennis and Adam,

Dennis Sutter owns the business at 120 Metzler and asked about drainage in the area. There is two catch basins north of his property on the west side of the roadway near the old lumber yard and I’m wondering if you remember if a culvert exists under the driveway to the back of the yard. If there is and we can reestablish a drainage ditch that runs into the culvert and extends south to Mr. Sutter’s business then that may create enough area for drainage to happen. Take a look when you have time and feel free to contact him at 503.632.3824. There’s not much for drainage in that area but we might be able to help him out a bit. Thanks.
