Hello
My name is Jerry Gaidos. I live at 923 Julie Ln. The yard behind us is higher than our yard. With the little rain we had last weekend, we had standing water in our backyard. I'm looking into how to deal with it and and would like to know what restrictions, if any, the city has regarding French Drains.
