Subject: 301 N. Molalla Ave Sewer Issue
Gerald,
Dennis just called and informed me he reviewed the report and video. He also physically measured the subject area. He stated his conclusion and recommendation to you was that the issue in question was a city issue and not my responsibility. I want to especially thank Dennis for his fast response to the matter. He was factual and professional.
As I previously stated, the property is in a contract to sell status with time limits. I ask to receive the aforementioned in writing. I will pick this document up at your office on Monday 8-7-17. Please confirm via phone call or email what time I can pick it up.
Once again, thank you for attention this issue.
Larry Smith
