We have two locations to hold meetings. One is the Senior Center and the other is the Library. The Senior Center has Council and Planning Commission meetings on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Wednesday. June 21st may be open but I will have to check with the Senior Center Staff. The Library will likely have more dates open but they have to end the meeting and have everyone leave by 7:30 pm I think. Diana? We will need a firm date to lock it in. I will be on vacation June 22-26 but can help facilitate the meeting spaces and getting something on our website. I also have a contact with the local paper if you need it. Let me know what day you want to try to have the meeting and the anticipated length of the meeting. Thanks Barbara.

Subject: Source Water Protection Grant
Hi Gerald,
I spoke to you a few months back about a source water protection grant Canby Utility received to help fund septic system inspections and minor repairs for dwellings that reside within close proximity to the Molalla River watershed. As part of the grant, we will host two public information workshops: one in Canby and the other in Molalla. You had mentioned we could hold it at the Molalla Adult Center. I was wondering if we could plan something for mid-June (weeks of 6/12 & 6/19). June 13 won’t work for me but I am pretty flexible for other dates. I will then try to coordinate dates with the presenters.
