Hi Eric,
The property owner sent me a video link of the line and we reviewed the video. The line is not clogged and no repair is needed at this time. The push camera could not get past an offset joint at the end of the run. The sewer lateral area in question is within the public right of way and under City responsibility. The property owner did not state there was an issue with the operation of the lateral so there is no need to repair at this time. If the need does arise then the City will hire a contractor to perform that work if City forces cannot do it. Thanks.
