I forgot to mention that the sewer has backed up several times and they traced the problem to the offset joint. They have flushed it out several times but it still hooks up on the bad joint.

Gerald,

There is a structural sewer problem in the ROW at 320 E 5^th St. I viewed the video and it is an offset joint. The owner got a quote from Apollo (attached) but it is only for lining the pipe which I don’t think we do.

Sanitech also is prepared to give us a quote for repair or replace the line if needed. How should I proceed with this?
