Attached is the list of properties without either water or sewer connections, along with notes regarding their status.
Gerald suggests we go to City Council prior to sending out any notices pursuant to the provisions of the Public Facilities chapter. There will undoubtedly be some frustrated residents and some explanations to provide.
It will look good on our TMDL reports for reporting decommissioned septic-tanks, and overall will yield more base-rate customers.
