Dan, interestingly enough I was just going to email on this. I was signing the easement documents right when Jen left and and figured the easement area out for the first time, and discovered that it is close to an acre. Since we are technically loosing that much land (with today's industrial prices at $5.00 per foot) we are talking with the tax folks about doing a R/W transfer to the City rather than just a permanent easement. I'll let you know as soon as we nail down the details and if we need an appraisal prior to any transfers. Also things are cooking on retail prospects and we'll keep you updated as soon as anything firms up.
