It’s probably a liability issue as well. Okay, thanks for the quick response, I’ll let them know.
Chelsi, please note this for any future inquiries. Thanks!

Subject: RE: Clark Park Party Water Usage
No water use can be provided. No water balloon fights, kiddy pools, slip and slides, or other water related things can happen in the park due to damage to the park and litter. The park is not designed for that type of use. Tell them sorry but it is only used for picnicking, Frisbee golf, playground use, etc.

Subject: Clark Park Party Water Usage
Gerald,
We have a park reservation for Clark park inquiring if they can use the water faucet at the park for a water balloon fight and to fill a kiddie pool. We have a gadget currently on the key ring for Clark park to attach to the faucet for usage if needed, however, have never (that I know of) granted usage to use water there for that purpose.
Last month we had an incident where it was used for that purpose, that we were not previously aware of, and water balloon remnants were left in the grass that our crew had to clean up, as well as flattened grass where a slip and slide had apparently been.
At this time there is no fee for reserving the park; only a $25 refundable key deposit if keys are needed. What are your thoughts on this? Do we want to charge a fee to cover water usage as well as any potential litter left? If so, will this fee be refundable?
Please advise as the party would like a call back, thanks!
