Hi Kim,

I need to check in with the City Manager and possibly the City Attorney to

make sure what is and is not OK with advertising on Public property. I

understand the benefit and what you are trying to accomplish and want to

make sure that we don't leave any loop holes open where someone could say

that we did something improper. Will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thanks and have a great weekend.

Regards,

Hi Gerald.

We've got a lot of plans for this year(and upcoming years) We are in the

process of getting our non-profit status.

This year also, we are looking to do a track rebuild. We will be asking

for donations from some large companies, for equipment, dirt and other

supplies/materials.

We would like to offer them some "advertising space", via banners for the

season. Would it be okay to hang banners on the softball fence for the

season and also some kind of signage in the staging fences?

Side note; with only 5 races into the 2017 season, we are holding the

highest rider count(and membership base) the state and we are hoping to be

in the number position for the third year in a row!

Regards,

Kim
