Hi Kim,
Sorry for the delay. The City Manager has been out for a couple of days
but was in the office and I had a chance to talk with him. I need to check
the park section of the code to see if advertising is authorized or
prohibited. If it is authorized then we have to get City Council approval
to do it. Good news is there is a meeting next Wednesday that I can ask
them if they are OK with it. You've given me the background so I think I
have enough information to proceed. Could you send me an example list of
the companies, if you have them already, that want to advertise? If I need
any more I will contact you. Thanks for your patience and talk to you
soon.
Regards,
Gerald Fisher, P.E. | Public Works Director

Just following up, re: sponsor banners.
Also we would like to schedule a meeting with you to discuss some changes
we would like to make at the track. Would the afternoon of the 16th work
for you?
Thank you.
Kim
