I found the section in the code. Signs are prohibited on public property
under 18.32.090 (Q) unless authorized by the City Council. We will have to
take it to them at the Wednesday meeting. I'll check and see if it has to be
an agenda item or one we can do at the end of the meeting in reports and
communications.
Thanks for the sponsor info. If it needs to be an agenda item then you or
another representative may want to come to the Council meeting and give them
an update on your plans. We can meet before that either way. I am open
Monday all day and Tuesday from 11:30-1:00 and 2:00-4:00.

So far, we have Les Schwab, Northwest Drilling & Boring, and a couple
others...
We are trying something new, a sponsorship drive, to raise funds for
renovations, etc. The banners would only stay up through our race season,
taken down through the winter months.
That's another reason we would like to visit with you...let you know what
we're planning, and our vision for the #1 track in the stateď...the reason
behind the sponsorship drive.
Regards
Kim
