We are ready to drop off the paperwork. I have the proof all taxes are paid in full….or more accurately, no taxes are assessed.

Do you have someone available to notarize our signatures at your office? And if so, when would they be available? If not, we will get it signed & notarized at the title company.

And finally, what are your hours Thursday and Friday? We want to deliver this and get everything finalized this week.

I can tell you that Aldo, our Community Planner and I have both left voice messages for Mr. Ferrell and neither of us have received returned phone calls from him.
