Subject: Response to your comments: Molalla Recycled Water Plan amendment, April 30, 2015 hearing
Importance: Normal
Attachments: molallaRWUPhearing4-30-15_201506251600.pdf; Thank you for patience as we worked through a delay in getting the hearing transcribed. Attached is our response to your comments. As I said during the hearing, we will make a change to the Recycled Water Use Plan to make it clear that when more than one setback distance could apply to a situation, for example the setback from a fence or a the setback from surface water, the more protective of the two will apply. Once that change is made, the RWUP will be reported to our permit repository so that anyone can access it. Our permit repository is located here: http://www.deq.state.or.us/wqpermitsearch/ . I will send out a notice to you when it is posted. Thank you for participating in the public process. I will be out of the office June 26th through end of the day July 10th. If you have questions or concerns during this time related to the recycled water rules or implementation of this plan, please contact Pat Heins at heins.pat@deq.state.or.us If you have questions or concerns about DEQ’s process, I am happy to answer them when I return or you can contact the mangers who will be acting for me while I am gone: June 26-July 2 Christine Svetkovich svetkovich.christine@deq.state.or.us or 503 229 6991 July 6-10 Audrey O’Brien obrien.audrey@deq.state.or.us or 503 229 5072 Best wishes, Tiffany Yelton Bram WQ Source Control Manager Oregon Department of Environmental Quality 700 NE Multnomah St., Suite #600 Portland OR 97232 Desk 503 229 5219 Mobile 503 975 0046
