Susan—
The information in the letter provided by Ring Bender to your attorney does not match the DMRs submitted for June and July of 2017. The Ring Bender firm has stated in a letter to us received 8/28/17 that the city discovered a problem with the meter that measures turbidity. That letter did not name specific dates during which the they violated the turbidity measure for Class A recycled water.
We will have follow up questions for them about how they determined what the turbidity measure was and how many days less than Class A water was applied.

Yesterday you said there had not been violations by Molalla that you were aware of since the May/June class one violation discharges into the Molalla River. See attached notice that come from Molalla's attorney to BCR because of our lawsuit. Were you aware of these violations?
