Susan, our office of compliance and enforcement is working through their process. We will be notified as soon as it is complete. Your call to them will not speed things up, nor are they allowed to talk to others while they are considering the facts of the case. Have both or either of the pending enforcement letters to Molalla (failure to do lagoon leak test / violation discharge of wastewater on fields this summer) been issued yet? If not, is there a direct contact at DEQ I can ask about when they will be issued so I don't have to keep bothering you about them? If they have been issued please furnish the exact name of the documents so I can file a info request. If you know a date certain they will be issued please let me know.
