Dear Tiffany and Jon,

Thanks so much for coming to the Bear Creek Recovery meeting last night. We know it was a tough ride at rush hour and we appreciate that you made it.

Even though we didn't get through the flow chart, we got a lot of valuable insight into the beginning of the process to upgrade facilities. We will scan the copy you gave us and share it so we can see how the process continues.

We did notice the meeting widely in the paper and invited city officials. It's hard to get wide participation here. We will continue to learn about successful projects and share information with the public.
