The 2018 MAO is referenced as a placeholder in the draft copy of Section 2. (See attached page 2-1) Once the City enters into the MAO with DEQ and we have finalized Section 2, then the document will no longer be a draft. If we do not finalize the MAO with DEQ prior to completion of the master plan then we will modify or remove the language, whichever is deemed appropriate by the City and DEQ. The timeline lists a 2018 MAO and refers to an appendix A with the claimed MAO. When did the City of Molalla execute a MAO with ODEQ and where is that appendix A?
