Maybe in the future to avoid confusing the public the City and its engineers should start to say "proposed" or "future" or "anticipated" instead of making it appear that such things like amended plans with Class C wastewater allowed and MAOs which don't exist yet are done deals. Molalla has put out enough false spin, maybe you could gain an ounce of trust if you were more careful about how you put out your reports and notices. After years of hearing the baloney about how well the wastewater mgt. was going, it's about time you attempt to generate trust by telling the EXACT TRUTH, no matter how ugly the TRUTH is about your horrible wastewater fiasco.

The 2018 MAO is referenced as a placeholder in the draft copy of Section 2. (See attached page 2-1) Once the City enters into the MAO with DEQ and we have finalized Section 2, then the document will no longer be a draft. If we do not finalize the MAO with DEQ prior to completion of the master plan then we will modify or remove the language, whichever is deemed appropriate by the City and DEQ.
