Dear Tiffany,
One more question: I thought that it was not an "if" that Molalla would move from "minor" to "major" per what you and Nina said at the city council meeting I attended. I thought from the list of classification that got lost and then reconstructed that there was no doubt they were already close to major when the last permit was issued. Can you please comment on that "if" that was #5 in your minutes? Thanks, Susan

Hello Susan
We are not ignoring the bypass to Bear Creek that happened December 21 and ended January 1. What I am saying is that the DEQ document to respond to that event requires some action by the city that we discussed and got commitments on yesterday. So I now need to incorporate that into the document.
I am also committing to share that document with you when complete.
Tiffany

Dear Tiffany,
Thanks for a start on this request. But when is DEQ going to address the two wastewater discharge events into Bear Creek. You had told me that it was being looked into to determine what the violations might be if any. What's going on with that - is that the work you said you had taken over or is DEQ just now ignoring those events? Susan

Hi Tiffany,
You indicated that today April 27 was the day you were meeting in Molalla and delivering a document or documents from DEQ. See attached, Bear Creek Recovery seeks information to understand DEQ's ongoing work with Molalla on wastewater mgt. issues.
Thanks with your help with public transparency.
Sincerely,
Susan Hansen
