Thanks Tiffany. I wish to know exactly what unacceptable ponding and runoff is defined as in terms of Molalla's recycled water plan. I am pretty tired of subjective terms. The Hearing date is set for April 30th from 6-8pm at Molalla Adult Community Center. The Notice is regarding the proposed modifications to the Recycled Water Use Plan.
