Hello Susan

Attached is the meeting agenda from yesterday and the meeting minutes from the city. Also attached is an Operations and Maintenance manual referenced in these notes and in emails that I will send you later as part of your PRR.

I held off on presenting the city with our response to the bypass because some of the conversation was intended to help us determine the level of detail and due dates we will put in that document. I will share with you what we will send them as part of this request.

Still to come will be a series of emails, letters and other documents from the city and sent to the city in the past two months (so going back to around the 27^th of February) that I, David Cole and Randy Bailey have, per your request. Due to other commitments, this may take until the end of the day on Monday to produce.
