Hello Susan,

Attached are two Warning Letters with Opportunity to Correct related to Total Suspended Solids exceedances in December. We needed to correct an error hence the two versions of the letter. The Discharge Monitoring Reports for January and February 2017 also included exceedances of TSS so following our enforcement guidance, we sent a Pre-Enforcement Notice this time.
