Thanks for your reply. I too will be keeping an eye on that channel as the summer comes and recycled water irrigation begins. At least we are all now in agreement that there is a channel of water - I will be happy to document whether it flows out of season this summer.

 

I would also note that "appears clean" was an excuse not to test Bear Creek for months - and then when ODA finally tested Bear Creek it, too, had elevated E.coli. It's hard to believe that "appears clean" is any standard a scientific agency would depend upon.
