Per our conversation regarding the new DEQ request form, here is the scanned copy of the request made on Friday, Oct. 21, 2016 that was acknowledged by the "old" system. Please enter it as you suggested and tell me the request is acknowledged by you. Also, as a for the public good non-profit Bear Creek Recovery has a fee waiver with DEQ on file. We share our information with the public in a wide variety of ways - letter to the editor, blogs, FB, letter to public officials, etc. - to advocate for strong protection of our water, soil and air.
