Hello Susan

We are meeting to discuss our response to the leak test today. The discharge monitoring report for the month of October is also now here so we will be drafting our response to the city on the early discharge. We wanted to determine if any other violations occurred during the month in addition to the early discharge prior to crafting our response. In emails we sent you in your last public records request you probably saw where I specifically told the city that early discharge is a violation and violations of permits limits, if they occurred during the early discharge, would be additional violations.

Hi Tiffany and Nina,

Has any decision been made by DEQ about the lagoon leak test report that was recently submitted to DEQ? Has any violation letter been written yet about the premature discharge into the Molalla River in October? Thanks for any information update you can provide. If there are DEQ documents on either or both of these issues please let me know the names of documents so I can make a PIR.
