Tiffany, Is that correct that if no biosolids were removed there is no need to report? I would expect that DEQ would want to know how deep the sludge is in the lagoons, especially since very little was removed in 2016 per that biosolids report. Given the water quality /capacity problems, doesn't DEQ at least expect a report explaining why no biosolids were removed and how much is built up in the lagoons?
