Dear Tiffany and Nina,

Would you please be certain at the Sept 28 meeting with the City Council in Molalla that all comments are made with a microphone? Last time you came, several exchanges were not heard by the people attending because you as DEQ reps were not at the microphone. I realize there are two of you and you might have to trade off speaking or answering. Could you either bring your own microphones or be certain that all exchanges happen at the podium where there is a microphone. It is very important that the public is able to hear every word said by DEQ at the coming meeting.
