Yes, Susan, we can forward the press release to you when issued. I’ve attached the one modification we made to the permit regarding the timing of the leak test. We only made one modification on this topic and the actions of the city so far comply with it.

Hi Susan

The city completed the field work necessary for the lagoon leak test in August and finished that work on August 29th. They need some time to process the results and in our modification of the permit, we gave them 30 days from the end of fieldwork to provide the result. So I expect to get the result by September 29th, if not sooner.

The investigation of the sewage overflow from the plant on May 11th has been completed. The final enforcement documents will sent to the city this week and we will be issuing a press release.

Let me know if you have any further questions. I will be out of the office on Friday, September 4th and Tuesday, September 8th.
