Hello Susan and Nina

The Leak Detection test results came in at 8pm on Monday, October 24. Randy Bailey and David Cole are charged with reviewing the results in order to reply and comment on them or approve if the information is complete. I asked them to do this by the 2nd of November to accommodate other priority work on their plates right now.

Nina,

Did Molalla ever complete the lagoon leak test that Tiffany first said they would do after the end of August deadline and then sounded guarded about because of all the rain? Did you find out what happens if they were not able to it or could not produce valid acceptable results? I understand an enforcement letter is coming regarding their failure to meet the end of August deadline - but since they promised to do the test after the deadline passed, is there further action DEQ would take if that post-end of August test in 2016 was not valid, after Molalla claimed it was going to get the test done in fall 2016?
