Hi Susan

The city completed the field work necessary for the lagoon leak test in August and finished that work on August 29^th. They need some time to process the results and in our modification of the permit, we gave them 30 days from the end of fieldwork to provide the result. So I expect to get the result by September 29^th, if not sooner.

The investigation of the sewage overflow from the plant on May 11^th has been completed. The final enforcement documents will sent to the city this week and we will be issuing a press release.

Let me know if you have any further questions. I will be out of the office on Friday, September 4^th and Tuesday, September 8^th.
