Thanks for the reply.

Unaddressed complaint: I will again be furnishing pictures to DEQ and ODA of the seasonal waterway channel north of the Coleman Ranch houses that I flagged to you last fall when it began to have runoff from the overwatering in that canyon that runs east/west north of the ranch houses (on the hill above). No one to date has flagged that waterway channel and it is running at the same amount this time of year (for months now) as the Creamery Creek headwaters. I would like that area inspected and considered as a setback and likely in need of protection from the cattle. The water at this time is running under 211 and into a prominent wetlands and it continues on to private land to form a pond. I am curious why no one wants to address this area - again, I flagged it to both agencies last fall. I don't have time to sort pictures at this time or make yet another map but both agencies should get ahead of that issue before discharge season since that north canyon is used extensively to dump water via one or even two big guns, especially when the city runs out of areas on the rest of the ranch. Susan
