Dear Tiffany, Could you or staff clarify one thing: I see the new addition of 10 feet setback and I want to be certain that means the wastewater discharge can't come within 10 feet of the fences installed on Coleman Ranch to protect the creeks. Those fences are at least 15 feet from each side of a creek so please confirm my reading that with the 10 foot additional setback recycled wastewater should not come within 25 feet of either side of a waterway (or more depending on how the fence is placed). Is my reading of this correct? Thanks.
