Hello Susan

We’ve spoken to Rob Grandinetti, the EPA staffer who audited us and is drafting the Oregon State Review Framework report, and confirmed that he has not sent it to us and will not until late Spring or early Summer. The process is that his draft report will be sent to us sometime late Spring/early Summer, we review and correct anything we see in error and provide supporting documentation for any changes. EPA considers our revisions, may or may not change the report, and then sends us a final report, usually about one year from the audit. They also post the final report on their website.

EPA conducts these audits of our compliance and enforcement about once every 5 years. This means that they have past reports that you can view. Here is the link to the 2010 report: http://www.epa.gov/sites/production/files/2013-09/documents/srf-rd2-rev-or.pdf

I hope you find this helpful. Please feel free to follow up with me if you have further questions.

Thanks Tiffany. Do your best. I was first led to believe the report had been passed to DEQ for comments. I'll take whatever you have at this point - do you have a date when you expect the actual report which I believe will be titled something like draft Oregon State Review Framework will be in the hands of DEQ? I am only interested in the parts of the report that deal with Clean Water Act at this stage. Thanks, Susan

Hello Susan

I want to acknowledge that I’ve received your request. Rob Grandinetti of EPA Region 10 has not provided me with a copy of this document but his review did include files on facilities in Northwest Region. I am working with our HQ office as they may have received the report.

I will update you Friday.
