Thanks Tiffany. Last time there was a microphone at the podium but you ended up answering some questions from the audience seating, away from the podium. What I am asking is that even if it takes going to the microphone at the podium, please don't answer or speak about issues unless you are at the microphone. If you and Nina are going to answer or fill in on answers or comments together you need to both be at the microphone or have one to hold (the city does not provide a hand held microphone, you would either need to be at the front with the city council with a microphone for each speaker or bring a hand held one.). It is a deep narrow room and without a microphone no one sitting in the audience can likely hear exchanges. I have organized many meetings and forums and we always went out of our way to make certain people could hear every word said.
