Sounds good.

Any word from OCE on the topic we have discussed putting in an MAO?

Thanks.

Dear Tiffany and Nina,

While I appreciate that DEQ has basically rejected the results of this second test, I question why it failed to note that this second test was not done in the proper dry period - August was I believe the deadline. Molalla waited till it was the rainy season, I was told that could be compensated for but obviously it made the test invalid. Why is DEQ failing to require another test in the dry season next summer and why is there no violation connected with this failed after the deadline test. The recent Civil Penalty was, in part, for the failure to do the test by the deadline this summer. This test is clearly not valid - why at the least no violation letter and why no demand that they fix their lagoons so they can properly isolate them, that was supposedly what they were supposed to fix for this failed test that did not happen in the dry season.

Attached is the letter we sent to the city. We also sent it hard copy. I have not received confirmation that the city received the letter but our email system confirmed that it was sent to their server.
