Hello Susan
I met with my staff yesterday to hear their assessment of and recommendation based on the City of Molalla’s lagoon leak test. As a result, we have further questions to research on our end so at this time, I don’t have a conclusion to share. This is a priority for us and we anticipate creating a written document of our findings and a communication to the city of those findings and next steps next week. Since I must notify the city first of these findings, I can let you know right after that that the communication was made and you can ask for copies via public records request at that time.
I wanted to honor my word that I would get back to you today by noon. I will let you know once we have communicated to the city.
