Dear Tiffany,
Ella Maney indicated she had forwarded this small PIR to you (below and attached) - it was already filled via the mail. It should be easy to find in DEQ PIR archives or in your email exchanges. The exchange about the BOD limits that I am seeking happened before the 2014 hearing. Thanks for your help.

Dear Ella,
Please find attached the fee waiver renewal request for Bear Creek Recovery.
I also attached the PIR document I verbally asked your department to reconstruct. The only part of that request that I am seeking is a couple of pages of email exchanges between Tiffany Yelton- Bram, a man who represents DEQ for Molalla issues and the Molalla wastewater plant operator (I believe his name was Jon Patrick). The exchange was a request by Molalla to raise its BOD standards in its new permit to I believe 15 from 10. Tiffany indicated that was not possible and the DEQ rep via an email told that to the Molalla plant operator. If you could send that part of that PIR to address the BOD issues via electronic transmission to this email address I would appreciate it very much. The initial request was fulfilled via the mail - I usually get them via electronic transfer and would very much appreciate that exchange about the BOD issue via electronic transfer.
Thanks so much for your help.
Sincerely,
Susan Hansen
