Thanks for looking into it. I believe Tiffany felt the recent raw sewage spill into Bear Creek and the alarm failures were something new - apparently there have been ongoing problems with all these systems and a past spill. Now we have the newest spill/alarm/pump failure fiasco and more assurances all is fixed and it is hard to believe all is well when you see these past failures. Perhaps someone should carefully review past records on these issues? Those documents were ones I copied at our onsite public information gathering when we went through the files. It also reflects that Molalla does in some way still have a way or ways water can get into Bear Creek at the "old" outfall - something we have been questioning for the past two years. Susan
