Dear Nina,

I just submitted the attached PIR via the DEQ request procedure.Tiffany indicated the notification was sent about Molalla's Lagoon Leak Test so it is now public. Tiffany noted she could not respond to the request until Thursday since she would be out of the office. However, there is an important public meeting on Wed. evening of this week relating to Molalla's utility issues. Could you please expedite this simple request for one document so Bear Creek Recovery (which also has a fee waiver in place since our work is for the public good and information we share is shared in many public ways) can be informed of next steps.
