Subject: Public info request - warning letter regarding Stone Place phase 3

Importance: Normal

Hello Nina And Tiffany,

On the 2014-2017 "partial" list of interactions with Molalla, I see a warning letter to the City regarding Stone Place phase 3. I just filed the below request to see a copy of that warning document which seems to have been left out of the public info packages I received. By the way, a number of people were concerned about Stone Place Apts. esp. phase 3, and testified at planning meetings against it. We were concerned about potential impacts on Bear Creek. Did DEQ ever check to see if the storm water retention system which was promised by the developer in the hearings and is in the conditions was ever built properly? I reviewed the planning files after the apts were built and could find no records of the storm water retention plans.

Here is the formal request:"Attn: Tiffany Yelton-Bram and Nina Deconcini: Requesting Aug 31 2017 DEQ Warning letter for constructing new sewer infrastructure (Stoneplace Phase III Apartments) without DEQ review and approval.

Bear Creek Recovery has a fee waiver and this document should be easily transmitted and readily available."

Thanks for providing transparency,

Susan Hansen

Bear Creek Recovery

Time to provide requested records: DEQ will respond to a record request as quickly as reasonable. This time frame will vary depending on the volume of records requested, staff availability to respond to the record request, the difficulty in determining whether any of the records are exempt from disclosure, and the necessity of consulting with legal counsel. If DEQ determines that it will require more than 30 days to respond to a record request, it will inform the requestor of the estimated time necessary to comply with the record request.
