Dear Oregon DEQ,

EPA's Seattle representative Robert Grandinetti confirmed that a document has been sent to Oregon DEQ from EPA regarding the recent audit by EPA of Oregon DEQ's performance permitting and regulating under the Clean Water Act. I am not certain of the exact title but it should be readily available since Mr. Grandinetti confirmed it has been sent to Oregon DEQ for comment. Please send a copy of that document, per the attached formal request. Said document should be readily available.
