When I saw the headline I hoped it would address all infrastructure - I suggest you take a look and note no mention at all is made for the Clean Water Act issues. I hope you are serious about getting more of DEQ's concerns/demands out in public here. The people who pay for services in the city deserve to know about violations and failure to perform.
