Dear Tiffany,

I am forwarding three groups of photos from summer 2014 that show Molalla used hand lines on South Coleman to discharge recycled water. Please add these photos and comments to the files for the hearing.

Even with a plan written that disallowed hand lines on South Coleman, Molalla went right out and used them several times summer of 2014. These two photos were taken on June 30 and show discharge occurring along Freyer Park Road on the east end of South Coleman field (east and uphill from the gate into South Coleman field where there is often standing water). This discharge from hand lines was on a slope so the water ended up ponding down hill by the gate into the field.

Since the discharge plan does not allow hand line use on South Coleman, why are the hand line connections still in the field?
