Please add these photos from August 11, 2014 to show that Molalla continued to use hand lines on South Coleman in summer 2014. These photos show multiple hand lines in use on the northwest corner of South Coleman field in violation of the recycled water discharge plan. One photo labeled August 11 recycled water, growing ponding shows hand lines also in use again on the slope on the east end of South Coleman field along Freyer Park Road including the site of ponding referenced in email #1 that showed the same hand line pattern in use on June 30 in my previous submission.
