Dear Nina,
As DEQ works on a MAO with Molalla I think you should be aware of Molalla's ongoing failure to raise enough money for infrastructure and its reluctance to face the need to raise the necessary funds. Here's the latest story in the local paper, this time about road infrastructure and how far behind they are. Building ever more cheap houses with low system development charges has been a false way to attract population - the cheap part can't continue in my opinion. I hope DEQ stands strong on the need to finance a decent waste water system.
