You are receiving this email because you submitted comment on the proposed Interfor Title V permit or attended the public hearing. DEQ was informed today, by one of the commentors, that the public was not notified of the final action on the Title V permit. DEQ issued our final action on the permit, including responses to your comments, on Aug 6, 2014. Notice of the permit issuance and response to comments should have been sent then but was not; this was a mistake on DEQ’s part that should not have happened. I apologize for this oversight and have reviewed and updated our internal procedures to help ensure it does not happen again. We do take your comments seriously and appreciate the time you’ve taken to comment.

I have attached the final documents to this email. The response to comments begins on page 12 of the attached.

Again, thank you for taking the time to comment on the permit and my apologies for the late notification.
